Rider Protocol — by Kitesurf Rehab
Assess. Understand. Prepare.
Rider Protocol is built for adult riders preparing for a planned kitesurfing period. It does not start with a list of exercises: it starts from your goal, your context and the available information to identify an explained priority.
For preparing a riding period, not for making a diagnosis.
Rider Protocol is primarily for riders who want to organize their preparation before a trip, camp, increase in volume or period of closer sessions.
Know what to prepare before riding more regularly.
Organize a clearer strategy before leaving.
Understand which priority emerges from context and tests.
How the journey works.
Goal and context
The journey starts with your rider profile, goal, volume and context.
Safety screening
Some situations can pause the decision and point toward clarification.
Guided physical tests
The tests add complementary information to the assessment.
Explained priority
When information is sufficient, the journey shows a priority, confidence and a separated reading.
Strategy and exercises
Exercises come after that to organize work around the selected priority.
An explained priority, not a promise.
Main priority
What the journey identifies as the preparation focus when a decision is possible.
Confidence
A qualitative indication of how solid the available information is.
Observation / Hypothesis / Recommendation
A clear separation between what is observed, carefully interpreted and proposed.
Strategy
A 4-week organization plan when access is active.
Retest
A new assessment makes it possible to compare results after the preparation period.
When Rider Protocol should not conclude.
If information is missing, if a safety signal appears or if the context needs clarification, Rider Protocol can pause the decision. In those cases, it should not show a priority or standard program.
What Rider Protocol does not replace.
Rider Protocol does not replace medical advice, clinical assessment, diagnosis, urgent care or individualized follow-up when the situation requires it.
