These terms govern the purchase of paid access to the Rider Protocol digital product offered on Kitesurf Rehab / Rider Protocol.

3. Service sold
Rider Protocol is a 4-week digital protocol for riders. The current journey includes a free snapshot, a Rider Snapshot, guided physical tests, a full Rider Score, results, then paid access to the full protocol.
Paid access unlocks the full analysis, 4-week program, guided sessions and re-test, according to the application behavior at the time of purchase.
4. Price
The price displayed in the application for the full protocol is a one-time payment of €29 including taxes. The applicable price is the one shown at checkout.
5. Payment
Payment is handled through Stripe Checkout. Kitesurf Rehab / Rider Protocol does not store card details on its own servers.
After payment confirmation, a paid-access cookie may be set to unlock the full protocol in the browser used.
6. Account and access
Tests and the Rider Snapshot can be used before payment. Creating an account allows the profile, results, program and progress to be saved when Supabase synchronization is available.
Guest access codes may also be offered to people with a valid code.
7. Nature of the service
Rider Protocol is an assessment, guidance and exercise tool for physical preparation, movement education and rider comfort. It does not replace medical consultation, medical opinion, emergency care or individualized physiotherapy follow-up.
8. Safety precautions
Users agree to perform tests and exercises carefully, progressively and according to their condition. In case of significant pain, unusual symptoms, recent injury or medical doubt, they should seek professional advice before continuing.
9. Right of withdrawal
The service sold is online digital content. Applicable withdrawal rules may depend on the exact access and execution conditions. No express waiver of the right of withdrawal is stated here unless it is clearly collected at checkout.

10. Refunds and support
No automatic refund is promised by the application. Requests are reviewed case by case through support.
11. Personal use
Access, videos, exercises, programs and content are for personal use only. Unauthorized distribution, resale or sharing is prohibited.

13. Applicable law and disputes
These terms are governed by French law. In case of difficulty, an amicable solution will be sought first. Failing that, competent courts will be determined according to applicable rules.
