Kitesurf Rehab / Rider Protocol provides educational content, guidance tools, guided physical tests, a Rider Snapshot, a Rider Score, free routines and an exercise protocol for kitesurfers and outdoor sports practitioners.
Rider Protocol helps users better understand their physical preparation priorities and orient their training. It is not an emergency medical service, medical opinion or individualized care.
