Help / FAQ

Essential information to understand and use Rider Protocol.
Rider Protocol guides you from a short assessment to a focused program, useful sessions, and a meaningful re-test.

How does it work?

You complete the full assessment, get a global score and a clear priority, then follow a short guided program before the next re-test.

Why do I start with one session?

The first session focuses on your current priority. The program then builds progression around that weak point instead of trying to do everything at once.

What is the program for?

The protocol gives you guided sessions to complete over 4 weeks, based on your selected format. It is not a rigid schedule, but a clear sequence that leads to the next re-test.

Is it personalized?

Yes, from your weakest tests, your priority area, the targeted functional axis, and the feedback you give after sessions.

What if I have a specific discomfort?

Use BodyMap. You can enter through sensations, target one area, and launch a short routine without changing your global score.

Do I need to do every session?

No. The goal is consistent progression, not following a rigid schedule perfectly. If you miss one, return to the next useful step.

Warm-up and recovery?

For now, keep the protocol simple: assessment, short program, guided sessions, then re-test. If you add warm-up or recovery, do it without replacing the main session.

When should I re-test?

The most useful moment is after your protocol or after a few targeted sessions, not randomly from one day to the next.
